根据城市创新理论,选取西安、重庆、成都、乌鲁木齐、兰州、南宁6个西部大城市,结合国内外的城市创新综合能力评价指标体系,着重分析了西部城市进化过程中的创新特点,提出了城市进化过程中所面对的问题,并给出应对对策及建议。
