摘要
针对传统的电梯变频器控制能耗制动。研究了电梯能量再生回馈技术。逆变器核心由ATmegat6单片机和一款基于SHEPWM技术的专用正弦波发生芯片构成,详细分析了直流母线电压检测电路,PWM驱动电路。逆变主电路功率MOSFET并联均流电路的设计。最后进行了试验验证。
For traditional dynamic braking of the inverter control of elevator, a new energy regeneration and feedback technology is studied. It takes ATmega16 microcontroller and a sine waveform generator chip based on SHEPWM as the core of inverter. The DC bus voltage detection circuit, PWM drive circuit, inverter main circuit power MOSFET parallel current sharing design are analyzed in detail. Finally, the experimental verification is conducted.
