摘要
以两年生金银木为样本,在苗木生长的萌芽期、生长初期、速生期和硬化期对其进行不同施氮量处理,测定它们对金银木生理生化指标的影响,基于试验结果,指出N4处理能有效地提高金银木苗木叶片中SOD与POD酶活性,氮水平太低时效果不明显,过高则会造成浪费并抑制苗木生长。
Taking the 2-year old lonicera maackii as the sample, this paper carries out the different nitrogen application rate treatment in the bud germinating stage, early growth stage, rapid growth stage and hardening stage of nursery stock, determines the influence of the nitrogen application rate on physiological and biochemical indexes of nursery stock, and on the basis of the test, points out that the N4 treatment can improve effectively SOD enzyme activity and POD enzyme in leaves of nursery stock of lonicera maackii, the effect is not obvious when the nitrogen level is too low, but if the nitrogen level is too high, will cause waste and inhibit the ~rowth of nurserv stock.
