Adopting the form of a questionnaire survey, this paper investigates the situation of the physical and mental health of teacher group under the background of the complete credit system, analyzes some problems existing in recreational and sports activities of university＇ s teacher group, and probes into the new measures for strengthening the humanistic care services for teachers.
