Promoting the employment of university graduates, which is an important measure to implement talent strategy and guarantee the healthy development of economy and society, is an urgent need for ensuring social stability and promoting the sustainable development of higher education. This paper elaborates the negative impact of lower level of information literacy on the employment of university graduates, discusses the ways for cultivating and improving the information literacy of university graduates.
