资产评估是理论与实物结合的课程,实践性较强。基于案例教学的优势,提出了例题型、分析型、开放型3种类型的资产评估案例,并详细介绍了3种类型案例在课堂教学过程中的渗透和实施,为完善资产评估课程的案例教学提供一定的思路和建议。

Asset appraisal course is a practical course based on the combination of theory and material object. Based on the advantages of the case teaching, this paper puts forward three types of asset appraisal cases including the example type, analytic type and open type, and introduces in detail the Permeation and implementation of the three types of cases in the classroom teaching process, which provide some ideas and suggestions for the case teaching of asset appraisal course.
