摘要
目的观察一种等离子体空气消毒机对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)病房空气消毒效果。方法采用激光颗粒计数仪和平板沉降法,对该等离子体空气消毒机净化消毒造血干细胞移植病房空气的效果进行观察。结果启动该等离子空气消毒机运行6 h,可使HSCT病房公共区域空气中0.5μm和0.3μm颗粒洁净度等级分别为十万级和百万级。开机运行2 h后,患者病房空气中0.5μm和0.3μm颗粒物洁净度达到千级。该HSCT病房患者居住区在等离子体消毒机开机后12 h内空气中沉降菌检测为0。结论应用该等离子体空气消毒机对造血干细胞移植层流病房空气中颗粒物洁净效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of a plasma air disinfection machine on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) ward. Methods A laser particle counter and plate sedimentation method were used to observe the purification disinfection effect of the plasma air disinfection machine on the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward. Results With the plasma air disinfection machine running for 6 hours, the 0. 5 μm and 0. 3 μm particles in the HSCT ward public area are 100,000 and 1000,000 cleanliness class respectively. With the plasma air disinfection machine running for 2 hours, the 0. 5 μm and 0. 3 μm particles in the HSCT ward public area are 1 000 cleanliness class. The sedimentation bacteria in the air of HSCT ward residential area is zero before and after 12 hours starting up the plasma air disinfection machine. Conclusion There are significant purification and disinfection effects of the plasma air disinfection machine on the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward.
