酸性氧化电位水的制备过程研究

摘要 目的研究工艺条件对制备酸性氧化电位水水质指标的影响,优化制备过程。方法以不锈钢作为阴极,通过比较铂电极、钌电极、钌铱电极和钌铱钯电极,优选出钌电极作为酸性氧化电位水制备的阳极。采用理化试验的方法考察氯化钠浓度、电解电压、电极间距、电解时间、电解温度等条件对生成酸性氧化电位水水质的影响。结果在电解液氯化钠浓度2.0 g/L、电解电压5 V、电解时间3 min、电解温度20℃、极间距为2 mm的优化条件下,制备得到了有效氯含量78.54 mg/L,ORP值为1 553 m V,p H 2.88的酸性氧化电位水。结论试验得到了酸性氧化电位水制备条件,钌电极适合用于酸性氧化电位水生成器。 Objective To study the experiment conditions influencing the quality of the electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW), and to optimize the preparation process. Methods The ruthenium electrode was selected as anode from the plat- inum electrode with stainless steel cathode, ruthenium electrode, Ru - Ir electrode, Ru - Ir - Pd electrode to produce EOW. The influence of the operation conditions on the quality of EOW in the preparing process was investigated and opti- mized, including concentration of sodium chloride, voltage, the interelectrode distance, operation time and temperature. Results The optimal conditions in the process of EOW production according to the experiment results are sodium chloride 2.0 g/L, voltage 5V, hydraulic retention time 3 min, operation temperature 20℃, interelectrode distance 2 mm. The pre- pared EOW can meet the quality as active chlorine 78.54 rag/L, ORP 1 553 mV, pH 2. 88. Conclusion The preparation condition of EWO was obtained by the experiment, and retheium electrode was fit for EWO generator.
