摘要
目的观察蒸汽清洗机对显微吸引管的清洗效果。方法采用目测法和ATP生物荧光法,对蒸汽清洗机清洗显微吸引管的效果进行评价,同时与常规清洗法作平行比较。结果裸视法检测和生物荧光法检测手工清洗后的管腔器械,合格率分别为75%和0。裸视法检测和生物荧光法检测蒸汽清洗机清洗后的管腔器械,合格率均为100%。结论蒸汽清洗机清洗显微吸引管效果完全可以得到保证,可以广泛应用于管腔类器械的清洗。
Objective To observe the cleaning effect of steam cleaning machine for micro - suction tube clean- ing. Methods Ocular estimate and ATP bioluminescence assay were used to evaluate the cleaning effect of steam cleaning machine in cleaning micro -suction tube ,while the traditional manual cleaning method was set as control group. Results By ocular estimate and ATP bioluminescence assay,the qualified rate of lumen machine washed by manual cleaning method were 75% and 0% respectively ,while the qualified rate of steam cleaning machine were all 100%. Conclusion The use of steam cleaning machine in cleaning micro - suction tube c.an guarantee the cleaning effect of micro - suction tube, and it can be widely used to clean lumen machine.
