一种酸性氧化电位水理化性能及杀菌效果研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察一种新型国产电解水生成器产生的酸性氧化电位水的理化性能及杀菌效果。方法采用理化分析法、悬液定量杀菌法和现场试验方法,对该酸性氧化电位水相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该电解水生成机产生的酸性氧化电位水p H值为2.64,氧化还原电位(ORP)值为1 145 m V,有效氯含量为50.9 mg/L。用该酸性氧化电位水对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用1.5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用20 min,杀灭对数值>5.00。用该酸性氧化电位水擦洗,并作用3 min,对物体表面的自然菌杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该酸性氧化电位水理化性能符合相关标准,对细菌、真菌及细菌芽孢具有良好的杀灭效果。 Objective To observe the physical and chemical properties and the disinfection effect of the electrolyzed oxidi- zing water produced by a new generator. Methods Physicochemical analysis method, suspension quantitative bactericidal method and field test were used to observe the electrolyzed oxidizing water in lab. Results The electrolyzed oxidizing water was produced by the electrolytic water generator. Its pH was 2. 64, ORP was 1 145mV and the effective chlorine was 50. 9 mg/L. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were exposed to the electro- lyzed oxidizing water for 1.5 min, the killing logarithm values were all above 5.00. The killing logarithm values of Bacillus Subtilis var. niger spores in suspension for 20 min was above 5.00. Scrubed and disinfected for 3 min, the killing logarithm values to the natural bacteria on the object surface was above 1.00. Conclusion The physical and chemical properties of electrolyzed oxidizing water are accord with relevant standards. So it can effectively kill bacteria, fungus and spore.
