摘要
目的观察直流电源紫外线消毒灯对物体表面消毒效果,为野外环境下消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对一种直流电源紫外线消毒灯杀菌效果进行观察。结果该直流电源紫外线灯输出功率为8 W,在垂直面30 cm表面紫外线辐射强度为81μW/cm2。用该紫外线灯于灯下垂直30 cm载体上照射30 min,对载体大肠杆菌杀灭率可达100%,照射60 min对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率可达100%,照射75 min对载体枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢不能达到杀灭对数值≥3.0。开启紫外线消毒灯对移动式操作平台内部照射30 min,可使物体表面上自然菌消除率达到90%以上。结论该直流电源紫外线消毒灯在近距离照射具有良好的杀菌效果,可作为野外条件下微生物操作装置内空气和表面消毒应用。
Objective To observe the surface disinfecting effect of UV sterilamp with DC power supply, so as to provide scientific reference for disinfection in the field surroundings. Methods The carrier quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the disinfecting effect of UV sterilamp with DC power supply. Results The output power of this lamp was 8W, and the intensity of UVR was 81 μw/cm2under the direct height of 30 cm,which could kill 100% of the Escherichia coli with 30 min irradiation,and 100% of the Staphylococcus aureus with 60 min irradiation. However, it could not reach the killing log value 〉13 for Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores with 75 min irradiation. When the interior of the mobile operative platform was under the radiation of the UV sterilamp for 30 min,over 90% of the natural bacteria could be eliminated on the surface of the object. Conclusion The sterilamp displays ideal disinfectant effect within short distance radiation, so it can be ap- plied to the disinfection of air and surface with the devices of operating microorganism in the field surroundings.
