摘要
目的观察含氯消毒剂对医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水消毒效果及口腔治疗用水污染状况。方法采用细菌定量检测和现场抽样调查方法,对扬州市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台用水污染状况及消毒效果进行检测与分析。结果共采集综合治疗台手机水和冲洗水各124份,细菌含量手机水中位值最高为1 521 cfu/ml,口腔冲洗水细菌含量中位值最高为586 cfu/ml。综合治疗台水每日用10 g/L过氧化氢消毒全管路一次,每周使用有效氯350 mg/L含氯消毒剂消毒全管路一次,对照组不做任何处理。对照组与实验组相比,手机水合格率分别由之前的20.97%提高到79.03%;冲洗水由53.23%提高到80.65%。结论扬州市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路污染情况严重,用含氯消毒剂等实施干预措施可以有效控制治疗台水路污染。
Objective To investigate the contamination status and disinfection effect of hydrogen peroxide and chlorine disinfectant of dental unit waterlines. Methods Bacteria quantitative detection and field sampling method were used to de- tect and analyze the contamination status and disinfection effect of hydrogen peroxide and chlorine disinfectant of dental unit waterlines in medical institutions. Results A total of 124 samples respectively of hand - piece water and dental washing water were collected. The maximum total - bacterial - count of hand - piece water and dental washing water were 1 521 cfu/ml and 586 cfu/ml respectively. Daily 10 g/L hydrogen peroxide and weekly 350 mg/L chlorine disinfectant were implemented in pipelines of dental units. No treatment was implemented in control group. Comparing the qualified rate of control group with experimental group,hand -piece water increased from 20. 97% to 79. 03% and dental washing water in- creased from 53.23% to 80. 65%. Conclusion Dental unit waterline contamination is serious in Yangzhou and can be controlled by chlorine disinfectant effectively.
