摘要
目的研究过氧乙酸杀灭细菌芽孢效果的影响因素。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对过氧乙酸杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果影响因素进行观察。结果随过氧乙酸浓度降低,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭所需时间延长;随作用温度的提高,过氧乙酸杀灭细菌芽孢所需浓度降低;p H值在7.0以下,基本不影响过氧乙酸杀灭芽孢的效果;菌悬液内含30 g/L小牛血清基本不影响过氧乙酸杀灭细菌芽孢的效果。结论过氧乙酸浓度和作用时间是杀菌效果的决定因素,温度、p H值偏碱性都会影响过氧乙酸杀菌效果。
Objective To study the influence factors of germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid disinfectant. Methods Sus- pension quantitative germicidal test was taken to evaluate the factors affected the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid disin- fectant to Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores. Results The killing time of peracetic acid disinfectant to spores extended when the concentration of peracetic acid disinfectant decreased. As the temperature increased, the concentration of peracetic acid disinfectant needed to kill the spores decreased. The germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid disinfectant was not affected when the pH was bellow 7. 0. The germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid disinfectant was also unaffected when the concentration of bovine serum albumin were 30 g/L. Conclusion The concentration and action time were the determining factors affected the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid disinfectant. The temperature and alkaline pH also affected the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid disinfectant.
