This paper introduces the current status and structure of the distribution communication network in Wuxi. The overall objective, technical route, networking principles, and network structure of Wuxi communication network are presented. Moreover, the existing problems in the construction of communication network are emphasized, the distribution route planning objectives and technical requirements are proposed, and the construction goal as well as development direction of distribution communication network Wuxi is clarified.
