摘要
适用于链式结构电网的网络备自投系统存在不同的实现方案。提出一种针对不同网络备自投方案进行综合评估的方法。该方法首先针对评价指标建立层次化结构,然后确定权重系数,最后得到总体评估结果。针对南通地区电网的实例分析,说明了该方法可以对网络备自投的方案进行综合评估,可以为企业管理人员提供网络备自投技术方案选择方面的决策支持。
Different implementations are possible for the automatic switchover system of the power network with a chain structure. This paper proposes a method for comprehensively evaluating different solutions of power network automatic switchover system. Firstly, hierarchical structure of the evaluation index is build. Then, the weight coefficient are determined. Finally, the overall evaluation results are obtained. Analysis on the Nantong regional power grid shows that the comprehensive evaluation method is effective. This evaluation method provides a power network automatic switchover system selection decision support for enterprise.
