摘要 目的研究岩石节理特征对全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)滚刀破岩的影响,提高滚刀破岩效率.方法利用ABAQUS对含有不同节理特征的岩石进行建模仿真,模拟TBM滚刀切割含有不同节理特征岩石的过程,并观察分析其破碎效果.结果节理岩石破碎后的塑性应变在节理面处向岩石内部延伸;岩石的节理间距越大,岩石的破碎量越小;在节理间距相同的条件下,节理倾角为60°时,岩石破碎效率最高,而在节理倾角为90°时,岩石破碎效率最低.结论岩石的节理倾角对节理岩石裂纹的扩展有影响,而节理间距为150 mm时对其裂纹的扩展基本没有影响;当节理间距在80~100 mm范围内变化时,节理间距对岩石破碎效率影响较大.研究结果对于理解滚刀破岩机理,优化滚刀布置和提高掘进机刀具破岩效率具有重要意义. This paper studied effects of rock joint characteristics on rock breaking with disc cutter, in order to enhance working efficiency of the full face rock tunnel boring machine (TBM). Disc cutting processes of the TBM with different rock joint characteristics were simulated using the soft- ware ABAQUS and the rock breaking results were analyzed. It is found that after joint rock breaking, the plastic strain in the joint plane extends to the rock inside. With increase of the joint spac- ing, the rock breaking quantity decreases. Under the condition of the same joint spacing, if the joint orientation angle is 60~ ,the largest rock breaking efficiency can be obtained;but the efficiency is lowest, when the joint orientation angle is 90~. The joint orientation angle has impacts on the crack propagation of joint rock; but the joint spacing has few effects. If the joint spacing is in a range of 80 - 100 mm ,it has a significant impact on the breaking efficiency. Conclusion is that the obtained results have a great meaning for understanding the rock breaking mechanism, optimizing structure of the cutter tool system and enhancing working efficiency of boring machines.
