摘要
目的构建水资源协调优化配置在多水源复杂系统下的多目标模型,以解决多水源供水系统优化问题.方法通过构建区域经济发展与水资源利用和水环境质量改善之间的协调度,结合效益系数及费用系数计算作为约束,借以完善水资源协调优化配置模型.结果利用水资源协调优化配置模型,完成了对凌源市近期规划水平年(2015年)及远期划水平年(2020年)的协调优化配置.结论协调度概念的引入使得协调优化配置兼顾了经济发展的效率和效益,得出的水资源调配方案符合可持续发展内涵.
This paper aims to build a multi-objective model for complex system of water sources and to solve its optimization problem. Through introducing a concept of the water resource utiliza- tion degree of coordination and regional economic development and taking application benefit co- efficients and cost coefficients as constraints, the optimal allocation model of perfect coordination was improved. Using this model, the configuration coordination of the recent planning level year (2015) and long-term row level year ( 2020 ) in Lingyuan city was obtained. Conclusion is that the proposed coordination degree concept can response efficiency and benefit of economic develop- ment. The obtained water source coordination configuration optimization scheme accords with the sustainable development connotation.
