摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"要求高校培养的工程人才不仅应该具有较强的工程专业能力,还应该具有工程伦理道德素质;两者兼备,有利于工程技术人才在未来的工程实践中更好地发挥其职业胜任力。对一所"985"院校"卓越工程师教育培养计划"试点院系的学生进行问卷调查得知,试点院系学生的显性职业胜任力和隐性职业胜任力具有不同的维度建构;自入学以来,参与"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的学生的显性胜任力得到了迅速地提升,而隐性胜任力的提升尚有不足。这一结果表明"卓越计划"应该在提高显性职业胜任力的基础上,加强工程伦理课程建设以提高隐性职业胜任力。
"A Plan for Educating" and Training Outstanding Engineers"(PETOE) requires engineering tal- ents in colleges and universities should not only have strong ability of engineering, but also have the engineering ethics quality. Both are advantageous to the engineering practice in future and the per- formance of their Career Competency. By an questionnaire survey on the pilot school of a 985 universi- ty that performs PETOE , we find that explicit career competency and implicit career competency are constructed in different dimensions; Since entering school, students who participate in PETOE have enhanced much in their explicit career competency, while little in their implicit career competency. The results show that the plan should intensify the engineering ethics curriculum to enhance students' implicit career competency.
