摘要
华中科技大学院校发展研究中心基于阿斯汀的"I-E-O模型"及汀托"学生成功的院校行动模型",主持开发了"本科生学习与发展调查"。该调查以阿斯汀的"I-E-O模型"为主体框架,将该模型中的"环境"指标细化为汀托"学生成功的院校行动模型"的四个要素——学业期望值、学校支持度、考核与反馈、学生投入度。通过内部一致性信度系数、探索性因子分析及相关分析,对问卷的信度、结构效度及效标关联效度进行了初步检验。检验表明,"本科生学习与发展调查"问卷具有良好的信效度,是我国院校研究国际化和本土化实践的积极探索。
The Institutional Development Research Center of Huazhong University of Science and Technolo- gy has developed the Student Survey of Learning and Development (SSLD) based on Alexander W. Astin's I-E-O Model and Vincent Tinto's Model of Institutional Action for Student Success. The main framework of SSLD questionnaire is based on the I-E-O Model, refining the "Environment" in- dex of the I-E-O Model to the four elements of Vincent Tinto's Model of Institutional Action for Student Success--academic expectation, support from school, assessment and feedback and commit- ment of students. We preliminarily tests the reliability, structure and criteria-related validity through the coefficient of internal consistency, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis, the result showing the SSLD questionnaire has good reliability and validity, a good practice of developing insti- tutional research in Chinese and international context.
