摘要
文章针对当前教学工作评价中存在的"功利性"倾向、形式主义迎评和缺少可持续运行等问题,着眼教学工作评价走上制度化、规范化、常态化,有机融入日常教学训练,构建了以"教"、"学"、"管"、"保"四大长效运行平台和"评价导向"、"质量步进"、"内力推动"、"外部诊断"四项长效支撑机制为主要内容的教学工作评价长效运行模式,并总结了该模式的主要做法和实践效果。
Based on the utilitarian tendency and formalism in current teaching evaluation, as well as a lack of sustainable operation, this article focuses on the institutionalization, standardization, normalization of teaching evaluation with daily teaching and training involved, builds up four long-running platform-- teaching, learning, managing and ensuring, along with four long-term support mechanism--evalua- tion-oriented, quality in the first place, internal promoting and external diagnosis as the main content of the long-term operating mode of teaching evaluation. It also summarizes the practices and effects of the pattern.
