新常态下的医学人文教育:困境与出路 被引量:30

The Problems and Solutions to Humanistic Education in Medicine under the New Normal

摘要 在医学教育面对科学主义、技术至上以及医疗市场化的医学场域异化的新常态中,医学主体变更、医学人文缺失以及医患纠纷的频发揭示了当前医学教育的工具理性过强、医学人文教育空间被大大侵蚀的现状。通过把人文教育"嵌入"到医学教育体系构建医学人文教育的"制度共识"、把人文知识"融入"到医学课程体系构建医学人文教育的"价值共识"、把人文环境"纳入"到医学教学体系构建医学人文教育的"行为共识"等有效途径,可以优化医学教育的结构,也是新常态下培养医学领域高素质人才的必然选择。 When the medical education is confronted with the new normal of the scientism, technology-su- preme and the alienation of the medical field in the marketization of medicine, it shows serious discon- nection between the quality of medical personnel and economic and social development. The changes of medical subject, the lack of medical humanities and frequent medical disputes reveal the status quo of the excessive instrumental rationality of medical education, and the huge erosion in the space of hu- manistic education in medicine. At present, our humanities education in medicine in universities is in trouble, resulting from the lack of recognition of humanistic education, of planning of humanistic courses, and of integration of the humanistic environment. By embedding humanistic education into medical education system to construct "system consensus", mixing humanistic knowledge into the medical curriculum system to construct "value consensus", and including humanistic environment into medical education system to construct "behavior consensus", it can effectively optimize the structure of medical education, and also an inevitable choice for the qualified personnel cultivation in the field of medicine under the new normal.
