台湾技职教育发展及启示

The Development of Vocational Education in Taiwan and Its Implications

台湾技职教育的发展与经济发展密切相关;其灵活应变的机制使其不断发展,构建了从中等职业教育到博士教育的完整职业教育体系。本文以台湾地区经济发展的节点为阶段划分标准,梳理了台湾技职教育发展的历史、现状及特点,在此基础上提出四点启示。

Vocational education in Taiwan has flourished as the economy progressing. A comprehensive vo- cational education system from secondary vocational programs to doctoral education is well-estab- lished. Starting from different economic period of Taiwan, this paper illustrates the history, present situation and characteristics of vocational education in this area, from which four implications are raised. It is hoped that these implications could make reference for the mainland counterpart.
