摘要
根据高职教育要求和高职教师的工作实际,本文总结了高职教师专业实践能力内涵的具体表现形式。将企业工作经历作为高职教师入职的必备条件,明确高职教师专业实践能力的动态发展目标,将教师专业实践能力培养列入校本培训计划,创建专兼教师互动相长的环境与氛围,重视校企共赢合作将教师社会实践工作落到实处,把专业实践能力作为高职教师重要评价指标以完善教师考评制度等,是解决我国当前高职教师专业实践能力普遍缺失问题的重要手段。
Based on the requirements of higher vocational education and teachers' practice, this paper sum- marizes the concrete manifestations of teachers' professional practice ability in higher vocational colle- ges. The effective means to solve the lack of teachers' professional practical ability in higher vocation- al colleges are regarding enterprise work experiences as an essential requirement, clarifying the? dy- namic goal of the teachers' professional practice, listing teachers' professional practice in school-based training plan, creating interactive atmosphere between full-time and part-time teachers, carrying out the teachers' social practice on the win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and setting professional practical ability as an important evaluation indicator for teachers.
