摘要
以耐储玉米自交系东156和不耐储自交系东237为试材,对40℃高温高湿老化法、饱和盐加速老化法、58℃±1℃热水浴老化法和50%甲醇老化法4种玉米种子人工老化方法进行比较,筛选适合玉米种子耐储性评价的方法。结果表明,经过人工老化处理后,东156与东237种子耐储性相关指标均有所下降。4种老化方法中只有热水浴老化法处理后,东156的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和寿命指数等耐储性相关指标均显著或极显著高于东237,其中寿命指数差异最大。
Based on conformance between storability related index in standard germination test and materials true characters, and in order to select the suitable artificial aging method to detect the phenotype of maize seed stor- ability, two maize inbred Dong156 (resistant to storing) and Dong237(sensitive to storing) were used in comparison of 4 artificial aging treatments. And selected 58±1℃ hot water treatment as the suitable artificial aging method of maize seed to study the basement for phenotypic measurement and genetic research of maize seed storability trait. The results showed that storability related indicators of Dong156 and Dong237 declined after artificial aging treat- ment. When using hot water aging treatment, the significant differences index between the two maize inbred lines were got, such as germination potential, germination rate, germination index, activity index, relative germination po- tential, relative germination percentage, relative germination index, longevity index, etc. Especially, the longevity in- dex of Dong156(92.41%) was significantly higher than that of Dong237(6.20%). The results of other 3 aging treat- ment were not conformed to the true difference of materials.
