摘要 对某周向长弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮(circumferential arc spring dual mass flywheel,DMF-CS)的非线性扭转刚度及其扭振特性进行了研究。首先,对DMF-CS进行了扭转特性试验,结果表明:DMF-CS的扭转刚度与阻尼均具有转速相关性且随着转速的升高而增加。其次,对产生非线性扭转刚度的原因进行了理论分析,考虑摩擦力的影响,对DMF-CS传递扭矩与扭转变形之间的关系进行了理论分析。再次,依据理论分析结果,建立了DMF-CS传递扭矩模型,并由试验数据对模型参数进行了识别,并由此获得了DMF-CS非线性扭转刚度的表达式。最后,对匹配有DMF-CS的VM发动机动力传动系统一档工况下的扭振特性进行分析,结果表明非线性扭转刚度对系统的固有扭振特性影响较小,但会削弱DMF-CS在高速区域时的减振性能。 The nonlinear stiffness and torsional vibration characteristics of a circumferential arc spring dual mass flywheel (DMF-CS) were investigated. Firstly, the rorsional characteristics experiment on the DMF-CS was perfumed. The experimental results show that the torsional stiffness and damping of the DMF-CS relate to the rotational speed. Secondly, the cause of the nonlinear stiffness was theoretically studied. Considering the influence of friction, the relationship between the transmitted torque and torsional angle was established. Thirdly, according to the simulation results, the transmitted torque model of the DMF-CS was set up. Furthermore, the experimental data were used to estimate the model parameters, and the torsional stiffness formula of the DMF-CS was obtained. Finally, the torsional vibration characteristics of the VM engine power trains with the DMF-CS were analyzed. The results show that the nonlinear stiffness of the DMF-CS has less influence on the inherent torsional vibration characteristics of the power trains, but attenuates the damping performance of the DMF-CS in the light speed area.
