Relationship between maternal fever or influenza during pregnancy and birth defects: a Meta analysis

摘要 目的:通过Meta分析,探讨母亲妊娠期感冒或发热与出生缺陷的关系,为出生缺陷的预防提供科学依据。方法:运用计算机检索1990~2014年国内与出生缺陷和妊娠期感冒或发热相关的研究文献。采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man5.1分析软件对入选的文献进行异质性检验,并计算其合并OR值及95%CI。结果:最终纳入26篇文献,森林图显示,纳入文献存在异质性(χ2=65.39,P〈0.001),采用随机效应模型计算妊娠期感冒或发热与出生缺陷关系的合并效应(OR=2.72,95%CI为2.26~3.27)。结论:妊娠期感冒或发热可能增加出生缺陷的发生风险。 Objective: To explore the relationship between maternal fever or influenza during pregnancy and birth defects by Meta analysis, provide scientific basis for prevention of birth defects. Methods : The related articles of birth defects, maternal fever or influenza during pregnancy in China from 1990 to 2014 were retrieved by a computer. RevMan 5.1 software provided by Cochrane collaboration network was used to conduct heterogeneity test on the articles, combined odds ratio (OR) and its 95% confidence intervals (CI) were calcu- lated. Results: Twenty- six original articles were selected for the meta- analysis. Forest graph showed that the selected articles had heterogeneity (X2 =65.39, P〈0. 001 ) , OR value and 95% CI of relationship between maternal fever or influenza during pregnancy and birth defects calculated by random effect model were 2. 72 and 2. 26- 3.27, respectively. Conclusion: Maternal fever or influenza during pregnancy may increase the risk of birth defects of the offsprings.
