膀胱癌无创性早期诊断标志物的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 膀胱癌是中国泌尿生殖系最常见的恶性肿瘤，近年来其发病率仍呈上升趋势。早期诊断患者的预后良好，术后5年生存率可达94％。目前，膀胱癌的诊断主要依赖膀胱镜检查和尿液脱落细胞学检查。膀胱镜检查是有创操作，患者痛苦大，医疗费用高，可发生尿道感染、出血等并发症，约有10％的病灶被漏诊，且其诊断原位癌的敏感度很低。
