消解"剧烈而倔强"的欲望,诉求个体生命的身泰心宁,实现肉体享乐主义与理性禁欲主义的整合与超越,这便是科学知识的终极诉求,也是伊壁鸠鲁科学价值论的核心旨趣。如此解读伊壁鸠鲁,不仅弥补了伊壁鸠鲁科学价值论研究的空缺,而且赋予了伊壁鸠鲁哲学以强烈的现代性蕴含。
To dispel the ＂rough and stubborn＂ desire, to appeal for no pain of body and mind, and to achieve the integration and transcendence of physical hedonism and rational asceticism, which is the core of the Epicurean science axiology. Analysis of Epicurus in this way, it not only will fill the blank in the research of Epicurus＇ scientific value theory, hut also make Epicurus＇ philosophy contain the strong modernity.
