瘤胃酸中毒是集约化牛场高产牛群的一种常见病,其中又以亚急性瘤胃酸中毒(SARA)多发,因其临床症状不明显,早期很难诊治,与急性瘤胃酸中毒相比带来的经济损失更严重。文章重点概述了亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的早期监测和诊断技术,以及国内外有关调控瘤胃内环境的预防技术。

Ruminal acidosis is a common disease of high - yielding dairy herds from intensive dairy farms, thereinto, subacute ruminal, acidosis （SARA） mostly occurs. Subacute rumen acidosis may cause more serious economic loss in contrast to acute ruminal acidosis because its clinical symptom is not obvious, and its early diagnosis and treatment is very difficult. This paper focuses on an overview of the techniques of early mo-nitoring and diagnosis of subacute ruminal acidosis, and the prevention techniques related to the regulation and control the inner - environment of rumen.
