氯化锂对新城疫病毒在鸡胚成纤维细胞内复制的影响 被引量:1

摘要 锂是临床治疗双向情感障碍的有效药物,目前有关于锂在病毒感染中的运用和分子机制方面的研究,如用锂治疗鼠艾滋病(MAIDS)动物,抑制艾滋病病毒(HIV)在外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)内的复制[1-2],临床前期治疗可减少HIV荷载量。锂可以有效抑制GSK-3β的活性,导致β-catenin蛋白累积,激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路[3-4],
