眼科患者术后抗菌药物治疗对创口愈合的作用研究

Effect of postoperative antibiotic therapy on wound healing of ophthalmic surgery patients

目的：研究眼科患者术后使用抗菌药物治疗对创口愈合的影响，为临床诊治提供理论依据。方法选取2010年4月－2014年4月医院收治的80例接受眼科手术患者，随机抽取40例作为试验组（抗感染组），其余40例患者作为对照组（非抗感染组），用相同手术方法进行眼科手术，缝合切口后，试验组患者给予氨苄西林进行抗感染治疗，而对照组则不使用抗菌药物进行预防，对比两组患者3～8d切口愈合情况。结果试验组患者＜3d愈合共14例，3～8 d愈合共21例，＞8 d愈合共5例；而对照组患者＜3 d愈合共5例，3～8 d愈合共13例，＞8 d愈合共22例，试验组患者愈合时间明显比对照组短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；试验组有效率为92．5％，平均愈合时间为（3．8±0．4）d；对照组有效率为45．0％，平均愈合时间为（7．2±0．5）d；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组患者在术后均出现疼痛、红肿等感染症状，但相比于未使用抗菌药物预防术后感染的对照组，试验组患者感染症状明显减轻。结论眼科术后使用抗菌药物对于创口愈合有明显作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of postoperative antibiotic therapy on wound healing of patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment .METHODS A total of 80 patients who received the ophthalmic surgery from Apr 2010 to Apr 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the experimental group （anti‐infection group ） with 40 cases and the control group （the non‐anti‐infection group ） with 40 cases ,both groups were treated with the same ophthalmic surgery ;after the inci‐sions were sutured ,the experimental group was treated with ampicillin sodium for treatment of infections ,while the control group was not given the antibiotics prophylaxis ;the status of incision healing within 3 to 8 days was observed and compared between the two groups .RESULTS The incisions healed in 14 cases in the experimental group within 3 days ,5 cases in the control group ;the incisions healed in 21 cases in the experimental group within 3 to 8 days ,13 cases in the control group ;the incisions healed in 5 cases in the experimental group within more than 8 days ,22 cases in the control group ;the incision healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0 .05） .The effective rate was 92 .5% in the experimental group ,45 . 0% in the control group ;the average healing time was （3 .8 ± 0 .4）days in the experimental group ,（7 .2 ± 0 .5） days in the control group ,and there was significant difference between the two groups .The infection symptoms such as pain and swelling occurred in both groups after the surgery ,as compared with the patients in the control group who were not given the antibiotics prophylaxis ,the infections symptoms of the experimental group were sig‐nificantly alleviated .CONCLUSION The postoperative use of antibiotics can achieve significant effect on wound healing of the patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery .
