抗感染金属植入物的抗感染效果分析

Anti-infection effect of anti-infective metal implants

摘要 目的探讨抗感染金属植入物的治疗效果,并观察X线对感染的作用,以期提高临床诊治水平。方法选取2010年2月-2014年3月132例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其分成对照组64例,观察组68例,对照组患者予常规植入物治疗,观察组予抗感染金属植入物治疗,观察治疗后两组感染发生率和相关指标变化,并观察在X线的表现。结果治疗后感染率对照组为7.8%、观察组为2.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后生活质量评分、住院、渗液消失、疼痛、体温恢复正常、骨痂形成、骨折愈合时间以及感染指标C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞计数(WBC)等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗感染金属植入物治疗前和治疗4周后X线平片无明显变化。结论抗感染金属植入物能降低术后感染发生率,而X线平片则能早期发现异常。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of anti‐infective metal implants and to observe the effects of X‐rays in the treatment of infections so as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment .METHODS From Feb . 2010 to Mar .2014 ,totally 132 cases of limb fractures patients were chosen as the study objects .They were divided into a control group with 64 cases and an observation group with 68 cases .The control group was treated with conventional implant therapy while the observation group was treated with anti‐infective metal implants .The infection incidence rate and related indicators were observed after the treatments and the manifestation showed by X‐ray was kept records .RESULTS The infection rate in the control group was 7 .81% and in the observation group ,it was 2 .9% .The difference was significant (P〈0 .05) .In addition ,the differences in the quality of life , hospitalization , exudate disappearing , pain , body temperature returned to normal after treatment , callus formation ,fracture healing and infection indicators including hypersensitive protein (CRP) ,interleukin‐1 (IL‐1) , interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) ,white blood cell count (WBC) ,etc .,were significant (P〈0 .05) .No obvious changes were found in X‐ray plain film before and 4 weeks after the treatment of implanting anti‐infective mental .CONCLUSION The anti‐infective metal implants can reduce the incidence of postoperative infections , while x‐ray can reflect abnormalities in an early stage .
