使用便携式手消剂提高护理人员手卫生依从性的研究

Intervention study of using portable hand sanitizer to improve the hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff

目的评价使用便携式手消剂对提高护理人员手卫生依从性的有效性。方法选择医院普通内科病房的30名护理人员,采用前后对照干预研究,干预手段是为观察对象配备随身携带的便携式按压式手消剂,采用现场直接观察法、随机手部采样法和问卷调查法,对干预前后的手卫生依从性进行评价。结果调查发现手卫生依从率从干预前的36.50%提高至干预后的69.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后手消剂的消耗量也明显呈上升趋势,从干预前的(2.14±0.26)ml/床日增加至干预后的(5.33±0.30)ml/床日,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员手部菌落计数合格率干预前为25.00%,干预后提高至87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查,护理人员对手卫生依从性的自我评估也明显提高。结论使用便携式手消剂可有效提高护理人员手卫生依从性,有利于养成良好的手卫生习惯。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of using the portable hand sanitizer to improve the hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff .METHODS Totally 30 nurses from general department of internal medicine ward were involved in this study .A before and after intervention study was conducted .The intervention used a portable hand decontamination of push type for each object of observation . Direct observation , random hand sampling and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the compliance of hand hygiene before and after the intervention . RESULTS The nursing staff compliance rate of hand hygiene had improved from 36 .50% to 69 .48% after the intervention ,the difference was significant （P〈0 .05） .The consumption of hand decontamination agent was also increased ,from （2 .14 ± 0 .26） ml/bed day to （5 .33 ± 0 .30） ml/bed day .The difference was significant （P〈0 .05） .The eligible rate of hand bacterial counts was increased from 25 .00% to 87 .50% after the intervention , the difference was significant （P〈 0 .05） .And self assessments by nursing staff themselves had also improved obviously after the intervention .CONCLUSION The use of portable hand sanitizers can efficiently improve hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff ,and probably contributed to develop the good hand hygiene habits .
