摘要
通过对内蒙古地区五所医学院校663名学生进行问卷调查,分析了解医学院校学生在医疗卫生改革背景下赴基层工作的意愿。结果显示,影响学生做出决定的主要因素包括工作本身的挑战性、福利待遇、生源地、老师的意见等。同时也发现目前"引导毕业生到基层就业"政策和学校开设的就业指导课程影响作用不明显。
We conducted a questionnaire survey with 663 medical students in 5 universities/colleges in Inner Mongolia,China to analyze the medical students' intention of serving at grassroots level hospitals in the context of health reform. The findings showed that primary factors influencing students' decision-- making included job responsibilities, salary and other benefits,origins of students and the employment advice from the campus. Meanwhile, the survey found that the association between the policy on"Attracting the Undergraduates Serving Grassroots Institutions" and the course on employment consultation was not obvious.
