With the acceleration of the aging population, the prevalence rate of the related hypertension is rising, yet there are many shortcomings in the existing management mode. With the help of a regional health information exchange system, we achieved within the scope of the area collaborative management in each business line for hypertension management, thus formed the integration of clinical and public health management. Promoting the improvement of regional management rate is the important way for future developmental trend and problem solving.
