An Analysis of the Situation of Patents in a Cancer Hospital

[目的]回顾分析肿瘤医院专利申请授权情况，了解医院专利整体情况及存在问题。[方法]整理肿瘤医院1985—2014年专利申请授权数据，对专利申请授权趋势及专利权属、IPC分类及法律状态等进行分析。[结果]1985～2014年，肿瘤医院共申请专利136件，授权专利67件。独立专利权属为主，C12、A61、G01和C07为主要技术领域。有效专利51件。[结论]肿瘤医院专利申请授权数量呈逐年上升趋势。在今后管理工作中，应进一步普及知识产权基本知识，了解科技人员的需求，充分发挥学科优势，大力推进专利转化等应用工作。

[Purpose]To analysis the situation of patents application and authorization in Cancer Hospital, in order to understand the status and problems of the hospital patents. [Methods] The sit- uation of patents application and authorization in Cancer Hospital, including patent application and authorization trend over the years,patent ownership,IPC classification, and legal status were ana- lyzed. [ResultsJFrom 1985 to 2014,a total of 136 patents were applied,68 patents were autho- rized in Cancer Hospital. Major type of ownership was independence. The major areas of technolo- gy were C12,A61 ,G01 and C07. Valid patents were 51. [ConclusionlQuantity of patent applica- tion and authorization in Cancer Hospital are improved by years. The hospital should further strengthen popularity of patent knowledse,understand the needs of researchers,and encourage, them to take advantages of research.
