摘要
本文是将小麦着水仪(小麦水分探测和强力着水机)、入磨水分检测、面粉水分检测、容重称重检测、小麦温度仪、大气温度湿度仪、入磨前小麦温度和面粉温度等多传感器进行集成,通过大数据采集、分析和处理来进一步提高小麦着水的精度。小麦水分调质系统添加小麦温度测试仪用于修正小麦水分测试精度。入磨水分检测和面粉水分检测同样添加温度测试仪用来修正水分测试精度。容重称重检测系统测试小麦的密度,用来修正小麦水分测试精度。大气温度仪和大气湿度计用来修正大气对面粉水分含量的影响。
By acquiring, analyzing and processing data from integrated system of a wheat water meter ( including a wheat moisture detection machine and a strong water machine), a grinding moisture detection sensor, a flour moisture detec- tion sensor, a bulk weighing detection sensor, a wheat temperature instrument, an atmospheric temperature and humidity me- ter, a wheat-before-grinding temperaturesensor, a flour temperature sensor and other sensors, wheat wateraccuracy was im- proved. A conditioning system of wheat moisture with a wheat temperature instrument was used to improve precision of wheat moisture. A temperature instrument was also added to improve the precision of moisture measurement with mill feed moisture de- tection and flour moisture detection. A volume-weight detection system measures wheat density, whichwas further used to im- prove precision of moisture measurement. Atmospheric temperature and humidity meter were used to rectify flour moisture affect- ed by atmosphere.
