摘要
目的探讨血清内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)与OSAHS患者夜间和白天血压上升的相关性。方法以2012年3月至2014年3月在河北联合大学附属开滦总医院睡眠监测室进行PSG和ABPM监测的、符合人选标准的317例受试者作为研究对象。将其分为3个组:甲组(无高血压的OSAHS患者)96例,乙组(OSAHS合并高血压患者)99例,丙组(PSG监测和ABPM监测均正常的健康人)122例。各组均测定血清ET-1和NO水平,并分析与ABPM相关性。结果与丙组对比,甲组和乙组血清ET-1水平升高,NO水平下降,且甲组和乙组组间差异也存在统计学意义;血清ET-1水平与白天平均收缩压、白天平均舒张压、夜间平均舒张压呈正相关。结论OSAHS患者,特别是OSAHS合并高血压者血清ET-1水平上升,N0水平下降;且0SAHS患者ET-1水平上升可能与高血压有关.
Objective To investigate between the serum levels of ET-1 and NO and increased nighttime and daytime blood pressure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods From Mar. 2012 to Mar. 2014,317 cases were selected for PSG and 24-hour ABPM monitoring in Department of Respiratory Medicine of Affiliated Kailuan General Hospital, Hebei United University. These cases were divided into three groups: simple OSAHS group of 96 cases, OSAHS patients with hypertension of 99 cases and 122 cases of the normal control group. All cases were measured the serum the serum levels of ET-1 and NO levels, and correlation analysis was carried on. Results Compared with healthy controls, the simple OSAHS group and OSAHS combined hypertension group had elevated levels of serum ET-1 and reduced NO level, the simple OSAHS group and OSAHS combined hypertension group was statistically significant. There were positively correlated between the serum levels of ET-1 and daytime average systolic blood pressure, day average diastolic blood pressure, night average diastolic blood pressure. Conclusions In patients with OSAHS, especially the patients with OSAHS combined hypertension, serum levels of ET-1 increased and NO levels reduced. Increased blood pressure in OSAHS patients associated with ET-1 level.
