Clinical application of copeptin in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 和肽素是一种在压力刺激下由下丘脑分泌的氨基糖肽,作为精氨酸加压素原羧基末端的一部分,与精氨酸加压素等量释放人血,发挥生物学作用。近年来研究发现和肽素与呼吸道感染性疾病相关,现就和肽素在COPD中的作用进行综述。 Copeptin is a aminoacid glycopeptide secreted by the hypothalamus under the pressure stimulation. As a C-terminal part of the arginine vasopressin precursor peptide,it released together with AVP play its biological effects. Recent studies show that copeptin levels associated with respiratory infections. Here the review focuses on the recent development in the role of and copeptin in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
