摘要
S280是一种超高强度不锈钢,采用低碳马氏体相变强化和时效强化叠加,靠析出强化获得所需的强度。使用状态下的基体组织为低碳板条马氏体。主要强化相为FeMo等。抗拉强度δb为1920—1930 MPa,断裂韧度Kc为95—100 MPa√而,具有比300M和AerMet100更好的耐腐蚀性能。主要用于抗腐蚀性能要求高的超高强度构件。
A highly alloyed ultra-high strength stainless steel S280 has been in use for many years. After quenching and aging, the microstructure of S280 is composed of highly dislocated lath martensite and some carbides which strengthen the alloy. The steel enjoys excellent combined mechanical properties, the typical mechanical property values are as follows: the ultimate strength of 1920 to 1930 MPa, the plane fracture toughness KIc of 95 to 100 MPa /m. The corrosion resistance of the new ultra-high strength steel S280 is much better than that of AerMetl00 and 300M in the NaC1 solution. The steel S280 can meet the requirements of aerospace applications, and be widely used for the high strength parts with corrosion resistance.
