随着水利文献信息系统的建立和运行发展,资源数据库内容不断增加,在为用户提供便利文献信息服务的同时,著作权问题也日益成为关注的焦点。对水利文献信息资源建设中涉及的著作权内容及问题进行了分析,提出了著作权保护的相关措施和建议。

Along with the increase of database and development of water literature information system, copyright protection has become an issue that attracts a lot of concern even as the system can provide convenience for the users to get information they need. Therefore, analysis is made on the relevant issues related to copyright protection during construction of water literatures and information and measures and suggestions are made accordingly.
