Research on Political Guidance for New Media Employees

在新兴大众传媒场域中,新媒体从业人员充当着经济社会发展建设者、社会公正维护者、社会责任承担者三大重要角色。加强对新媒体从业人员的政治引导,促进新媒体行业健康发展,是新的时代背景下发展爱国统一战线、构建社会主义和谐社会、推动社会主义精神文明建设的客观要求。新媒体从业人员政治引导工作应针对当前存在的问题,积极构建党委统一领导、统战部组织协调、有关部门各司其职的"大统战"工作格局,遴选培养一支优秀的新媒体代表人士队伍,不断探索科学高效的新方式、新方法。

In the background of emerging mass media, new media employees are playing important roles as the economic society builders, social justice guardians and persons to undertake social responsibilities. In such a new era, we need to strengthen the political guidance on these new media employees and facilitate the healthy development of new media industry, so as to develop the patriotic United Front, construct a harmonious socialist society and advance socialist cultural and ideological progress. With respect to the political guidance on new media employees, we shall aim at solving existing problems, take initiatives to build up a pattern of ＂great Untied Front＂ with the CPC Committee as the leader, the United Front Department as the coordinator and different departments performing their respective roles, select and train an excellent representative team of new media employees, and constantly discover scientific and effective new way and new methods.
