摘要 通过溶解性和表面活性对比了温度为5、15、25℃时对KCl浮选捕收剂十八胺(ODA)在水溶液、饱和KCl溶液和饱和KCl-Mg Cl2溶液中性能的影响。结果表明,25℃时ODA在水溶液中的临界聚集浓度(CAC)是4.65×10-4mol/L,而饱和KCl溶液中是2.19×10-5mol/L,饱和KCl-Mg Cl2溶液中是8.63×10-6mol/L。在相同温度下,ODA在饱和盐溶液中的溶解度和表面活性与水溶液中相比都有所降低。此外,随着温度的降低,ODA的表面张力值与浊度值升高,溶解度也不断降低,表面活性变差,溶液表面最大吸附量(Γmax)减少,最小分子吸附面积(Amin)增大,但温度对溶液的临界聚集浓度(CAC)无明显影响。 The solubility and surface activity of the collector,octadecylamine( ODA),in water,saturated KCl and saturated KCl-Mg Cl2,respectively,were measured at 5 ℃,15 ℃ and 25 ℃. The experimental results show that critical assemble concentrations( CAC) of ODA was 4. 65 × 10^- 4mol / L at 25 ℃without salt addition,2. 19 × 10^- 5mol / L in saturated KCl and 8. 63 × 10^- 6mol / L in saturated KClMg Cl2. Under the same temperature,the solubility and surface activity of ODA were both reduced in saturated salt solution compared with those in water. In addition,the surface tension and turbidity increased with the temperature decreasing,together with an incidental decrease in solubility and surface activity,resulting in the reduction of the saturation surface excess concentration( Γmax) and the increase of minimum area( Amin). However,the effect of temperature on CAC was much less obvious.
