摘要
以醋酸锰为锰源,钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为钛源,分子筛SBA-15为载体,用改进的后嫁接法制备TiO2-Mn-SBA-15,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附对样品进行分析。以水为溶剂,在LED紫外灯照射下,将其用于催化苯酚与过氧化氢羟基化反应,合成对苯二酚和邻苯二酚,考察了Ti、Mn的负载量、催化剂用量、反应温度和时间等影响因素。结果表明在优化条件下(Ti、Mn负载量为3%、反应温度30℃、反应时间1.5 h、催化剂用量0.15 g),苯酚转化率和苯二酚的选择性分别可达到48.2%和84.7%。
TiO2-Mn-SBA-15 was prepared by improved after-grafting method,using manganese acetate as manganese source,tetra-n-butyl titanate as the titanium source. The catalyst samples were characterized using XRD,and low temperature N2adsorption-desorption. The catalyst was applied to the oxidation of phenol into hydroquinone under the conditions of the solvent of the reaction being water and under the irradiation of the ultraviolet lamp LED. Tiand Mn loading of the TiO2-Mn-SBA-15,the dosage of the catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated to study their effects on the reaction. The results indicate that the conversion of phenol and selectivity of dihydroxybenzene reached 48. 2% and 84. 7%,respectively,under the optimal reaction conditions( Tiand Mn loading3%,reaction temperature 30 ℃,reaction time 1. 5 h,catalyst dosage 0. 15 g).
