摘要
通过对全球范围内有关索拉非尼的专利分析,探寻拜耳公司作为原研企业对索拉非尼的专利申请布局策略,以及国内企业的跟进状况,希望藉此为国内制药企业对知识产权的保护和规避专利侵权风险提供启示。
Through analysis of sorafenib patents worldwide, this article aims to explore the patent application strategy of Bayer Healthcare as the originator of sorafenib, and understand the patent follow-up situations of local pharmaceutical companies in China, so as to provide implications on intellectual patent protection and avoid patent infringement risk.
