2013年12月,非洲再次出现埃博拉疫情,并在短短几个月内蔓延至塞拉利昂、利比里亚、尼日利亚等多个西非国家。到目前为止,埃博拉病毒感染人数仍在增加,已经对非洲其他国家以及全世界造成威胁,引起国际社会的高度关注。本文将针对埃博拉疫情的病原学特征、发病机制、临床表现、临床诊断以及药物和疫苗的研发现状做一综述。

In 2013 December, Ebola case was found again in Africa and spread to Sierra Leone, Liberia, Nigeria and other west Afi＇ican countries in just a few months. So far, the number of the Ebola virus infection is still in multiplication, which has turned into a threat to other countries in Africa and around the world, and attracted great attention of international community. In this article, we will give a brief introduction of the Ebola, including the etiology, pathogenic mechanism, clinical manifestations, clinical diagnosis and the research progress of drugs and vaccines.
