摘要
光动力治疗因其不良反应小、抗癌谱广等优势,越来越受到人们的重视。光动力治疗包含三要素:光敏剂、光和分子氧,缺一不可。酞菁类化合物作为目前最适合的光敏剂,是当前光动力治疗的研究热点,而如何使酞菁类化合物靶向运输至肿瘤部位是亟待解决的问题。文章查阅文献,对已出现的酞菁靶向载体从被动靶向、主动靶向、物理化学靶向、多重靶向4个方面进行总结,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) attracts more attention due to its minimal side effects, wide range of anti-tumor effects and other advantages. PDT consists of three indispensable elements, photosensitizer (PS) , light and oxygen molecules. Phthalocyanines (Pc) compound as the most suitable PS for PDT is the current research focus, but how to make the Pc targeting transport to the site of tumor is an urgent problem to be solved. This review summarizes the recent research on targeting transport carrier of Pc in four aspects, namely the passive targeting, active targeting, physical and chemical targets, and multiple targets. The possible prospect for the further development is also analyzed.
