本文主要介绍了笔者所编制的（电子技术基础）课程试卷生成软件。结合介绍该软件的设计，重点讨论了试题库的结构模型、相应的试题数据库的设计和组卷算法。

The software made by the author to give out papers of “The Elementary Knowledge of Electronic Technology” is presented in this paper. On the basis of the making of the software, this paper also discusses the structural model of a paper base, and its design.
