摘要
目的描述近年来我国预防艾滋病母婴传播省级月报数据报告现状,分析月报表报告与审核的及时性。方法利用国家预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播管理信息系统,获得2012-2014年预防艾滋病母婴传播省级月报汇总数据的报告时间与审核时间,分析相关指标。结果 2014年全国有73.5%的县(市、区)通过信息系统进行预防艾滋病母婴传播月报数据的网络报告,覆盖地区范围逐年提高(χ2=106.41,P<0.01),HIV感染孕产妇病例报告高发省份工作月报终审比例为66.9%,低于其他省份(χ2=60.07,P<0.01),近三年来仅有25.9%的省级月报能够及时完成汇总与审核。结论预防艾滋病母婴传播相关数据的信息化报告与审核工作覆盖面不断扩大,但工作月报数据的汇总与审核及时性有待提高,下一阶段应在工作全面覆盖的背景下加强对各级信息管理工作人员的培训与指导。
Objective To illustrate the current status of provincial monthly report of Prevention of Mother to Child transmission（ PMTCT） of HIV,and to analysis the timeliness of reporting and verification. Methods To get the data of collecting and verification time of provincial monthly report via National MIS of PMTCT,and to analysis relevant indicators. Results 73. 5% counties of national wide had reported monthly data via MIS in 2014,and the coverage of reporting area has increased yearly（ χ2= 106. 41,P 〈0. 01）. The proportion of final verification on monthly report in HIV high prevalence provinces is 66. 9%,which is lower that other provinces（ χ2= 60. 07,P 〈 0. 01）,during 2012- 2014,only 25. 9% of provincial monthly report could finish reporting and verification timely. Conclusions The coverage of using MIS to report and verify relevant data of PMTCT is enlarging in recent years,while,the timeliness of monthly report collecting and verification need to be improved. To carry out relevant training and conducting for MIS staffs in different levels should be considered in next step.
