家庭教育历来都是与国家经济社会发展紧密相联的,特别是与社会文化价值息息相关。自以婚姻纽带形成的血缘关系为基础的家庭产生以来,这种格局并没有改变。在今天的教育体系中,学校教育、社会教育和家庭教育各有差异,家庭教育是前两者的基础,其在发挥教育文化作用,实现文化传承方面具有特别重要的意义。现实家庭教育中的状况与问题从根本上说,源于当代中国社会文化,而改变现状,实现良性发展,也必须从普及社会主义核心价值观为基础的社会文化建设开始。
